I'm Dr. Aleisha
I'm a Physical Therapist, lifetime horseback rider, and mom. After breaking my back in 2020Â I created a step-by-step rider strengthening program to make sure that didn't happen to anyone else.
Being in a brace from my neck to my hips wasn't exactly how I pictured spending that summer! But with a focus on rider-specific strengthening and a little hard work, I felt confident enough to get back to competing. Surprisingly my new strength allowed me to ride better than I had before my injury!
Now I barrel race professionally while balancing work + being a mom. Needless to say, I don't have a lot of extra time! So I use what I've learned to help people just like you build riding strength in just 15 minutes per day.
